Resin Casting Impregnation Plant (VPI)
Two automated and manual methods are used to operate the Resin Casting Impregnation Plant (VPI) facilities. Automated factories reduce waste, increase output, and speed up manufacturing. Vacuum pressure impregnation facilities come in three varieties: manually operated, semi-automated, and fully automated. To develop VPI facilities, we implement more SCADA systems, stirrer-equipped mixing systems, air compressors, cooling systems, heating systems, and digital instrumentation with automated PLC control. These systems may be used to impregnate many resins in one tank, based on the needs of the client.About This Product
