Flood Impregnation Plant (VPI)
The Flood Impregnation Plant (VPI) equipment is operated by two automatic and manual techniques. Manufacturing is accelerated, production is increased, and waste is decreased in automated facilities. There are three types of vacuum pressure impregnation machines: completely automated, semi-automated, and manually controlled. More SCADA systems, stirrer-equipped mixing systems, air compressors, cooling systems, heating systems, and digital instrumentation with automated PLC control are all being implemented in order to expand VPI facilities. Depending on the demands of the customer, these systems can be utilized to impregnate many resins in a single tank.
