Transformer Oil Filtration Plant (TOF)
In order to prevent transformer breakdown, solid and liquid insulating materials must be kept dielectric. Our company produces multi-stage, high vacuum insulating oil processing systems that are used to dehydrate various kinds of transformers. According to IS-335, the oil in old transformers has higher levels of acidity, moisture, particles, and less IFT than fresh oil. The IVS Transformer Oil Filtration Plant is designed to meet the demands of purifying insulating oil for power and distribution transformers with high and extremely high voltages.
IVS manufactures plants with a range of capacities, from 100 LPH to 10,000 LPH and more. These plants are categorized according on mounting styles (mobile/stationary), capacity, and vacuum stages. Special extra facilities, such an online oil testing machine, recording systems, fault declaration systems, flow meters, clear oil visualization, and others, are included per customer request. Oil filling process determines the dependability of Power Transformers. Pump, filter, and heater are included in IVS oil filling systems according to specifications. Additionally, oil filter machines can include these technologies.
